I don’t tweet to please.
I tweet for people who are tired of pretending. Men and Women alike.
Peace. Respect. Love. Power. That’s what I move with.
A Thread.
@7tingxxs@304sluvqarim For core family values, it's got to be House Stark! Definitely. Then the Lannisters for sheer determination to rise to the very top and actually stay there.
Nothing is more beautiful that dedicated hatewatching.
No emotional investment, whatsoever. Just pure unflinching hatred
When they win, you look away & tweet about other stuff.
When they lose, bring out the pitchforks.
As the fans are crying, you're mixing more ingredients.
Hate fuels Chelsea to win in major finals, the whole world would be against Chelsea and Chelsea would still win against all odds. Chelsea fans never cry about being hated, Chelsea just wins.
Cant say the same for our north London kid brothers, hate usually drowns them.
I went out on Valentine’s evening with a new friend. Nothing serious going on between us. No strings attached.
Just to surprise her, I immediately ordered a Valentine package (gown) from a WhatsApp vendor who lives in Enugu too.
While we were together, she was glued to her phone. No real conversation. Just scrolling, occasional glances up, random bursts of laughter at whatever was happening on her screen.
She was doing all these while I was trying to strike a conversation. She just replies my questions and immediately goes back to scrolling.
After some time the vendor arrived with a box, well packaged. And at that point she stopped pressing phone down. Full attention unlocked.
She listened closely as I spoke with the vendor, already convinced the gift was hers.
After we were done talking, I stood up calmly, told her I was heading home, picked up the box… and left.
No explanation. No drama.
I have never been disrespected by any girl like that before.
I got home and handed the box to my youngest sister.
She screamed, “Again?!”, because that was her second Valentine gift that day.
Later, the girl messaged me to complain about my behavior.
I blocked her. And moved on.
Husband is going out and telling his wife where he is going.
Wife is going out and telling husband where she is going.
When wife or husband isn’t around, they drop a message with who ever is around, saying where they’re going.
Now we use phones, so we drop messages or call to say it.
The children also start asking.
Mommy, where are you going ?
Daddy, where are you going ?
If your home isn’t built like that, something is wrong.
