We're running workshops this week in partnership with SAINT (Sexual Abuse Is Not Tolerated) to educate some of our girls on the dangers of sexual violence, how to protect themselves and when to speak out. Thanks to SAINT for all their work!

Yesterday we said a big goodbye to Jake, our general manager, who has left after two and a half years of working with UHfH.
Although moving onto a new job, Jake will still be in Kampala and hopes to stay involved with UHfH into the future.

Our children were very excited for the second day visit by The Weald School and Namilyango College. A big thank you to them for running some sports activities and supporting our work.

Last week, some of the children we support in boarding school were happy to receive new clothes with the help of our current volunteers. They are still at school despite it currently being school holidays so they were very happy to have visitors.
