So it’s official now. @jjhorgan, who brought back BC Human Rights Commission, implemented #UNDRIP, created the position of Parliamentary Secretary for anti racism initiatives & introduced race-based data legislation will be the recipient of this year’s #HandsAgainstRacism award.

This year’s @SpiceRadioVan’s annual Hands Against Racism awards go to the Grand Chief of @UBCIC and @JovenNarwal. Whereas, Stewart Philip has always stood up for the rights of the indigenous peoples, Narwal had called out the VPD for wrongly arresting a former Black judge.
