Zanzibar TANZANIA

After a successful day yesterday, I booked a table at one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in STONE TOWN, ZANZIBAR.

But I felt, it was the first time I have sat at the beach and pretty much relaxed and thought about nothing.

I run just over 10kms along the beach and interestingly I found Ugandans who were asking me why I was running on the beach instead of walking?

The last 7yrs have been so tough for UGANDAS tourism otherwise I would have considered buying a beach front here in Zanzibar.

Zanzibar started by marketing beach holidays and now they are positioning it as an investment destination for property instead.

The tourists including Ugandans are buying properties in Zanzibar and yes, it’s profitable since the demand is so high now.
