Then they were rude about finding someone to come take care of the problem. You would think they would do everything they can to find a contractor since I’m without AC and it’s 100 degrees out. Not impressed with my first experience with this company.

@AHS_Warranty Horrible customer service. They did not find me a contractor and when they finally did, the contractor couldn’t come to my location. Then they tried to have me pay twice. When I talked to a new agent about my concerns with how I was being treated, I was laughed at.
