@Jenny_1884 Exactly. Each generation has layers and some aspects in each make it easier, some aspects harder, but the crux is the same, it’s never been easy (except for a small populate in each era)

@dr_besty @Jenny_1884 Yes it was - I grew up in the 80’s and my parents didn’t have a lot of the ‘luxuries’ I have now. That said, house prices and other costs are higher.
Challenges are relative to the time and societal changes.
Likewise, some in each generation don’t have it that tough…
