@OpenreachHelp Thanks - I've spoken to my provider but all they have is I think the now 3rd review date for the fault with openreach without any movement. Is there a way to identify when the fault is likely to be fixed as we have two people that work from home at the property?

@OpenreachHelp hi there - I have a delayed ftth order from the 20th of December that still has an outstanding fault, but since the engineer marked the installation as complete my copper line that has been supplying my internet has just been disconnected. I need help.
