Skrillex story: When I was in LA working on the album, skrill told me to come to his studio. Then he starts making a song & proceeds to make every sound…from SCRATCH. Kick, 808, synths etc. In 20 mins. Turned a sine wave into a whole song. No samples. That’s why he’s the GOAT 🐐
Before Avicii, there was Tim. Through his own words, witness how a prodigious musical talent became one of the defining artists of his generation.
Avicii - I’m Tim premieres December 31.
@IGN Good. I hope it sets a precedent for companies to not get away with taking games from people’s library. Same goes for other digitally purchased products, since we’re moving into that kind of ownership.
Of the popular ones I’ve found, @iamyesyouareno, @NsPostingFs, @EndWokeness and @ianmiles have been notorious for that type of content. There’s many more accounts like those ones that won’t be hard to find if you engage with that type of content.
Garbage like this has been rampant on here & justified under "free speech", "the truth", or in this case as a "meme". The radical right cherry-picks issues to fit their narrative, dehumanizes and vilifies minorities, comes to the wrong conclusions, and ignorant people ingest it.
It’s been rampant ever since Elon Musk owned Twitter. These posts attract all kinds of racists (ranging from separatists to Nazis) in bulk, in the replies, kind of like an ant colony finding wasted food on the ground.
@Kwebbelkop Bad example. People relate to characters and their stories because it's themes that we, as humans, go through. Humans express their message through their art. Having AI generate a story from a dataset (mimicking a human) will never be more superior than a human writing a story.
