Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service
Reqs was a black Labrador who served as a Fire Investigation Search Dog for Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. He retired in July 2023 after 11 years of service, during which he attended over 500 fire scenes.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Retired Fire Investigation Search Dog Ruby, aged 14 1/2 years.
After a long illness, Ruby was today put to sleep in her home with her family and familiar smells and sounds around her.

Happy 1st Birthday to Trainee Fire Investigation Search Dogs Red and Saxon.
They came to us at eight weeks old and immediately started their training. They've developed into two of the keenest, most focused, inquisitive and dare I say mischievous boys!
A trip across the Solent today for search Dogs Hoodie & Red to assist @HantsPolice CSI with an investigation.
