As we step into a new month, I think it’s important to call attention to an issue that @CeliaWallet should look into.

Apart from some users who may not yet understand their way around the Celia app, there are also users whose accounts have been restricted, leaving them unable to swap or withdraw their funds.

Some users have been reaching out to support but are still waiting for a response.

@CeliaWallet , please look into these cases and consider a proper account verification/review process so legitimate users can regain access and carry out their transactions.

This isn’t about attacking the product. It’s about making sure users facing genuine issues are heard and helped.
