Following up - Per the email I received last week, I was still able to close positions.
“your account remains under investigation… restricted to position closing trades only”
Fast forward to today, I’m now unable to close positions at all.

I’ve been an active, high-volume trader on Kalshi, and this year alone have paid over $250,000 in fees. My account has now been under review for over a month, and while I understand the need for compliance processes, the lack of transparency and timeline has been challenging
@UserX_Kalshi@Kalshi@mansourtarek_ Unfortunately, this has felt very common from past experiences with regular support too. I love the platform, but some areas could definitely be improved upon.
