Until I had an ankle fused I competed in Masters Swimming. Age Categories include 100-104 yrs; with a record for the 50 yard: 1:31 min. I do 4X-weekly 1,000 yd swims at 86.

In his German apprenticeship he tested flours daily by feel until he could identify 6 different flours. He closed and told me it was from not finding acceptable flour.
