Harrison Ford: When dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding alarms saying ‘For God's sake, don't do this again,’ you have to pay attention. They're telling us something important. I've got one vote, same as anyone else, and I'm going to use it to move forward. I'm going to vote for Kamala Harris
To my Trump friends:
He's lying to you.
Violent crime is down, not up.
Inflation is down, not up.
Economic growth is up last 2 qtrs.
Stock market is way, way up.
Immigrants aren't evil. They take the jobs we don't want, buy products + fuel the economy.
Don't believe a liar.
Donald Trump is increasingly unstable and unhinged.
He is seeking unchecked power in his second term, he has promised retribution and jail time for his political opponents, and he has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
Cheney: Harris has built a coalition unlike any other we have seen including the far left & far right, including many people who used to work for Trump. The reason we've come together is not bc we agree on every issue, but we understand our Constitution is at stake this election
This passage from Michelle Obama:
"I hope you'll forgive me if I'm a little frustrated that some of us are choosing to ignore Donald Trump's gross incompetence while asking Kamala to dazzle us at every turn. I hope that you'll forgive me if I'm a little angry that we are indifferent to his erratic behavior. His obvious mental decline. His history as a convicted felon. A known slumlord. A predator found liable for sexual abuse. All of this while we pick apart Kamala's answers from interviews that he doesn't even have the courage to do, y'all."
Look at all the former president’s men asking us not to vote for Donald Trump. Each of them is issuing a strong warning—don’t do this, don’t vote for him, he’s dangerous.
My fellow citizens: Please if you are contemplating voting for Trump, listen to these men and take what they are saying seriously. If those who know him best refuse to support him, so should we all.
NYT tweeted this to its 55 million followers and it has under 500 retweets - presumably suppressed due to the link out. “John Kelly, Donald Trump’s longest-serving chief of staff, said Trump met the definition of a fascist and would try to govern like a dictator if elected”
Lindsey Graham: Everybody who says we should do something about border legislation, you're absolutely right but unfortunately, we didn't get there because Trump killed the bipartisan border deal. I hate that
Vice President Harris: Trump did nothing to fix our broken immigration system as president. He did not solve the shortage of border agents or address our outdated asylum system. What did he do instead? He separated families, ripped toddlers out of their mothers’ arms, and put children in cages. That is not the work of a leader. That is an abdication of leadership. We cannot accept Donald Trump’s failure to lead
BREAKING: In a stunning announcement, 400 economists have just come out and publicly endorsed Kamala Harris. They all believe Kamala Harris’ plans will better lower inflation and increase economic growth. Retweet so all Americans see this.
BREAKING: New emails reveal a conspiracy by Georgia local election officials & election deniers to undermine the 2024 election.
MAGA extremists worked to change election rules to give election deniers the power to veto Georgians' votes.🧵⬇️
@mattkremnitzer Thanks for sharing. I needed a laugh after last night. Every day I’m optimistic they’ll snap out of their funk, and most days lately I’m disappointed.
Biden is out. The media succeeded in their coup. Elon is giving $45M a month to Trump. You don't have any control over what happened today, but we're taking the election into our own hands and building Kamala's digital army.
Here's how:
• retweet this (super super important)
• reply with #NoDemUnder1K
• Elon has disabled viewing "likes" so tap "reposts"
• follow everyone who reposts this
• tap the # and follow those accounts as well
• follow each other back (super important)
If you have more than 10k followers, retweet a few of the replies so they can find others as well.
The follow limit is 400 per day. So you if you stick to 375, That's 2600+ in a week and 10k in a month.
Make sure you add a pic to your profile(even if it isn't you) and put an indentifier in your bio so that people know you're voting blue so they'll follow you back instead of thinking you're a bot
If you start today and only half the people follow you back, you'll have over 1k followers in a week and 10k in two months if you're diligent and proactive.
It does require all of you to collectively be proactive and also reciprocal.
Make sure you comment on the posts of the people you follow. Build a community. Create groups of core friends/shared perspectives/vocal leaders. The more interconnected we are, the further we'll be able to reach.
The retweet button is your best friend. Retweet anything good regardless of how many followers they may have. Find your voiced, share your thoughts, and we can blow the media and the gop out of the water.
You can't singlehandedly change anything by yourself, but with enough of us working together, we can save our democracy, even if you only have a thousand people following you. But once you have the support structure of knowing people want to listen to what you have to say, you'll have more and more to share.
While that doesn't seem like much, 4 years ago, I was you. No followers. No voice. Democracy on the line. Feeling helpless. In that sense, you're neither unique, nor alone. And if you do feel alone, you won't be for long. If you do feel helpless, forget what you can't do and focus on what you can.
It's going to take every single one of us working in unison, united behind Kamala Harris, to save ourselves.
Help me build this thing. Help us support Kamala. Help us save democracy. Help us win.
