هذا الاتفاق لم يصنع الاحتلال ولا يبرّئ إسرائيل منه بل يفتح كوة لانسحاب تدريجي وعودة الجيش والدولة وهي لن تكون عودة سهلة وهو طريق مؤذ ومكلف لم يكن لبنان مضطراً إلى سلوكه أصلاً، لولا قرار حزب الله ربط الجنوب بحرب إيران وتحويل اللبنانيين وبلدهم إلى ورقة تفاوض في يد طهران.
