In prepared speeches, and in certain negotiations when you want to sound crisp and clear, yes, try to get rid of filler words.
But if your mind is running a million miles per second, not using filler words and forcing silence often stops your thought
Which is exactly why a lot of the great minds like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs, etc. use filler words all the time when explaining something to a great depth
Nothing really beats the satisfaction of a day well lived - completing your work, training hard, dedicating an hour to study and prayer, noticing beauty, and spending time with family, not with grudges or in a hurry, but with gratitude and reverence, properly acknowledging the day as a gift that's only once lived
