A few years ago… In the -1 (the training session before the match), we would play a small-sided game where every player had to play in a different role from their usual position.

I’ve never seen a player so excited to play in such a different role. An almost-striker wanting to play as a centre-back!! And giving everything in the duels and clearances!!
