@mullallyelaine Not just the nationality but country of birth, ethnicity etc. The Parnell St convicted attacker was a so-called "naturalised Irish Citizen" - a meaningless term. Bodies like the CSO/ESRI use the words "national" and "non-national" quite a bit which can obscure the full picture.
