Shipment-SF1416130433AJI, ground staff is marking false status as customer not contactable. But no one reached out to me and when I tried to reach them they don’t pickup the call.

Is this order even going to be delivered ?

Had raised service request SR00001GUE6T and it was re-opened 3 times but still my issues isn't resolved

If my issue is not resolved i will be left with no option to port.

I was issued a Ticket number -2873115 in January/2021 and as of now I haven't got any resolution.

@AmazonHelp I ordered goods of around 50k+ and your delievery partner is asking me to collect it from their office .... I mean what kind of service is this....!!! Resolve it else I will have to cancel it as if I go myself then I have to pay carriage too for pickup
