@tweetKishorec Why not have a separate dropping point for senior and specially abled instead?

In the battle between #Brent, #Gold & #USD, greenback is winning for now.
Despite geopolitical tensions which theoretically support both oil and gold, capital is gravitating towards USD. Markets appear more concerned about global liquidity than commodity scarcity. #cash is king
This is the most neglected activity by police across #India . I salute #tnpolice for getting into action. Suggest to carry out outside #chennai as well. Those heavy lights blinds drivers and lead to accidents
#CRISIL has upgraded #CreditRatings Muthoot Fincorp to AA / AA- (Stable), citing strong AUM growth & robust business performance. +ve development for existing #bonds holders. Dual AA tag could improve institutional acceptance esp. #PF, expand investor base, & support bond prices
@latha_venkatesh@vijaytweetsnow@CNBCTV18Live@sunchartist@Sapna_CNBC bonds enjoy lower LTCG while debt mf taxed higher. creates an uneven playing field for same asset class. SIF taxed different with some taxed <1y at slab rate! Tax should neutral across comparable capital assets.Let one choose asset class on risk profile not basis tax arbitrage.
I agree. I think: (1) this much higher capital gains tax on debt MF and (2)taxing interest income at slab rate both need to be rethought. Higher tax on both the above, makes equities too attractive leading to higher retail allocation to equities which in turn leads to higher valuation
@vijaytweetsnow@CNBCTV18Live@sunchartist@Sapna_CNBC@latha_venkatesh The same objective can be achieved by extending similar tax treatment to domestic fixed-income investors. The bigger issue is the lack of consistency in debt market taxation across products—mutual funds, direct bonds, A simpler uniform tax framework would benefit all investors.
