@Ticketek_AU @Bathurst12hour @specutainment It is promoted 50/50 between the @BathurstCouncil & @supercars events and has its own identity. It is not part of the supercars championship, nor does it run to the same regulations.
The event is attended by a large number of spectators that do not follow Supercars. Its hiding

@theracetorque Enjoyed the article but interested in the notion that Supercars saw the 12Hour as a threat? I thought the communication out of Supercars at the time was that it was Foxtel scheduling-around the Cricket WorldCup & tennis that lead to this being unavoidable? Doesnt look good 4 VASC

@mjs2466 @Craillsy Agreed Michael. I find the racing, the access the ability to converse with drivers, teams and spectators at Shannons Nationals events far more enjoyable than any #vasc race. I watched the whole day via the stream and will be making the trek to Winton in September
