1. During surgery, if anything happens to patient, Dr is not responsible.
2. In the court hearing, the accused is guilty and not the advocate.
3. But now a days, a CA is guilty and responsible for each & everything. Release all CAs Detained in Gurgaon #JusticeforCA

@SANKALPKANSTIY1 @SANKALPKANSTIY1 sir this is really shocking news for the students.. if icai want to cancel the exam it should have cancelled the some days earlier. Now all the students had already shifted from different parts of Nepal to Kathmandu. And icai should think of reschedule of exam.
