Someone dumps a car on your private land and you cant touch it or have it removed, despite the fact it is YOUR land and the car was driven there untaxed (and probably uninsured)

Honestly I’ve never experienced someone be so adamant of something that contradicts their previous statement in order to try and gaslight a customer into thinking they are in the wrong

I think @easyJet are safely the worst airline going.

Been on the phone for an hour with someone arguing to me that something is none refundable, to they will refund as goodwill, to they will refund some of it as goodwill to then hanging up on me when I ask for a call ref….
