@potterybarn ordered a vanity in September of 2024 and was strung along on numerous delivery dates that were all lies and never showed up. Finally got through to customer service and your customer service rep told me we’d have a refund within 6 days and they’d cancel the order 2 weeks ago. No refund, no communication. Can anyone tell us the truth there??? Horrible experience and we’ve been a great customer to you over the years. So disappointed!
