The most funny part.... When I was requesting a solution to a support executive... She said use a different payment method... So basically, if the card is not working, don't use it.

There is no way... Your support/customer care solve the issue instantly.
I've tried all the methods (calling, email, AI, texting).... All the channels are asking to go to other channels... Like local SBI branch... 🤣😆🤣🤣

@IndiGo6E I've flight from London today so I've started doing online check in.. It's been 2 hours I can Able to do it.. Because it requires OTP via phone number. However, Indigo's sms solution is not sending me OTP.. so frustrating.. that's why Indio has 2 rating.
I have been contacting the support team(@ThreeUK@ThreeUKSupport ) since 20th November, they do one step in 72 hours and another in the next 72 hours. Today (10th December), 20 days has been passed and I still waiting to solve my issue.
I waited 85 minutes for on-call support many times I told my issue and, I am still not able to use my number to make calls. They ported my number to (broadband SIM). Still, I have not received any updates OR solutions.
This feels like I made a mistake by choosing Three.
