The time has come, given current headlines & the evolution of this platform, to focus my efforts elsewhere. Please find me on #LinkedIn & #Bluesky (@erichkurschat) & know how grateful I am for the relationships that we have forged here over the past 15 years. 💙

I'm excited to announce the return of DiSCourse, a weekly gathering place for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the #DiSC model and perhaps bring it to life for their teams or clients. Register today! https://t.co/iYnB8PtPbA

Nancy Maurer of Sonder Haven Consulting is an engaging, inspiring facilitator of #EverythingDiSC and #FiveBehaviors... and she has a fantastic, new website. I'm grateful for any opportunity to support Nancy's business and celebrate our friendship. https://t.co/q2SIqOaK3p

Thinking of joining me at #HRUnite2025? All new & existing #HRHotSeat members qualify for $30 off of various conference registration options (courtesy of #HRUnite founder @TMWohlfield). Message me for a discount code! https://t.co/3xmxgF7mqP

My first question whenever I'm approached by a new #DiSC client is: "How self-sufficient do you want to be?" More & more, companies are opting to save time & money by certifying internal resources & producing their own #assessments. I help them do the math & weigh their options.

[ʜᴀʀᴍᴏɴʏ ɪɴsɪɢʜᴛs @HarmonyInsights]

Do you wish people a “happy belated birthday,” as #LinkedIn mistakenly recommends? It’s not the birthday that’s belated; it’s your acknowledgement of it. Instead, use, “A belated happy birthday!” (I’m sure the sentiment will be appreciated either way. 😊)

[ʜᴀʀᴍᴏɴʏ ɪɴsɪɢʜᴛs @HarmonyInsights]

We *all* face challenges in our work or job search on which we would benefit from actionable, peer-focused #advice. If you're an #HR pro, you can bring one such challenge to #HRHotSeat Chicago's 2/18 virtual event for a #conversation you won't soon forget! https://t.co/cbODU7TMel

Try replacing "hope you're doing well" in your emails (which can be perceived as scripted & disingenuous) with "how are you doing?" The implication of curiosity & concern (if indeed genuine) can invite meaningful dialogue & strengthen relationships.

I can't think of a better testimonial for the power of #hrcommunity (and, indeed, the importance of prioritizing #family) than this one from Lydia O'Malley. https://t.co/uqwuh8T63x

Just a handful of the 46 #humanresources pros who came together at #HRHotSeat Chicago mastermind 102 to celebrate @NichollsBrendan, qualify for a giveaway from @DoubleMPeacock, learn from @GaryNoahSavine, tackle common #HR-related challenges, & much more! https://t.co/u8w8W1PTwl

Share what images come up when you type "HR" into your emoji keyboard. I'll go first. A fun, algorithmic quirk? Perhaps. But what if it's an invitation to change how we are perceived? (Thanks to @sbrownehr for running with this in his 2022 #LinkedIn post!) https://t.co/6yxLP8tBd1

[ʜᴀʀᴍᴏɴʏ ɪɴsɪɢʜᴛs @HarmonyInsights]

It means so much to me to share that Brendan Nicholls (immediate past president of HRA of Greater Oak Brook) will be leading the #HRHotSeat Chicago West chapter going forward! Check out Brendan's thoughtful #LinkedIn post about the news & wish him well. 👏 https://t.co/XLXnsBHBje

I enjoy thinking of myself as a facilitator... of learning, of experiences, of conversations, of connections, of clarity, of progress. This quote from Priya Parker (by way of Nancy Maurer) really resonates with me. What's *your* take on the meaningful work of #facilitation?

[ʜᴀʀᴍᴏɴʏ ɪɴsɪɢʜᴛs @HarmonyInsights]

How might you & your business benefit from welcoming 100+ #HR pros into your downtown #Chicago offices for an #HRcommunity milestone celebration event 100 months in the making? Message me to explore what’s possible or share this post with others who may be interested… & thanks!

Who better than an award-winning authorized partner of #EverythingDiSC & #TheFiveBehaviors to help you bring these powerful solutions to life for your stakeholders? 🏆 As you might imagine, I don't do this work for the banner... but the recognition from Wiley sure is appreciated.
