An Israeli state sponsored terrorist aka settler was filmed emptying a Palestinian family’s water cistern in the South Hebron Hills. He said it on camera: “I am emptying your water cistern now.” Identified as Moshe Bialistoki from the illegal outpost Dvash M’Sela.

Water is drinking water, cooking water, livestock, crops. Drain the cistern and you try to force a family off their land.
