@ParisAeroport J'ai un bagage bloqué à CDG depuis le 17DEC après un réacheminement ZRH-CDG-MRS car il n'a pas suivi le vol initial BHX-ZRH-MRS. Il aurait dû être à MRS le 18DEC, depuis aucune nouvelle. Avia Partner/Swiss Airline ont essayé sans succès. J'ai des médicaments dedans

@FlySWISS still no solution provided, @AirFranceFR can't even have a human person on WhatsApp or Messenger or over the phone, I was on hold for 45min before I gave up 👏

@FlySWISS luggage didn't follow from Zurich to Marseille and instead of waiting for the next Zurich-Marseille, it was sent to Paris CDG and I have to wait for Air France to have spare space to send my luggage to Marseille. It's been 4 days now. I'm flying in a few days to Qatar

@UPS_UK Hi UPS, waiting for a parcel from France, it says it cleared customs since 26/11 and was supposed to be delivered on the 29/11. There's been no update since the 26th and now no date is provided for delivery. Help please ?

I received the GTW 270 hybrid for Xmas and did the firmware update recently, now the battery keeps up for 2h max.
I opened 2 tickets, one was last week (#00198734 : English) the second one was 2-3 weeks ago (#00198554 :French)
