@Hilton your CS just told me how @HiltonHonors roll-over benefits really work. I suggest you to fix your marketing & add the fine print not to loose more Diamond members besides me. To have roll-overs one has to exceed the yearly threshold every year without counting roll-overs.

@HiltonHonors True, but one would except that after qualifying 2024 diamond, the rest of the nights I stayed in 2023 would roll-over for collecting towards 2025. This apparently only happens after 60 nights. Something that should be better visible not to disappoint your loyal customers

@dutweets as tourist, I highly recommend avoiding taking prepaid with Du, rather go Etisalat. Du failed my passport registration now twice, first at registration and now again after month. Also failed to allow use of international card for topping up the account.
