She is a lot better now though and after an afternoon release is now back in the Royal Blackburn Hospital. We were even treated to a photo of our Dad in his Robinsons Holiday days.

So we tried to book somewhere in January to celebrate the occasion on her 83rd birthday, but everywhere was booked up. So hence the 6 weeks further delay. Then on Wednesday this week she was taken into the Royal Blackburn Hospital with a blood clot on her brain.

Well! Mum finally got to celebrate her 80th birthday today. (3 years and 6 weeks late). She was 80 in 2020 but the pandemic put a stop to that celebration. She was on the waiting list for a hip replacement, which was finally done last July.

@Bibbyscoaches It was always nice to see a Bibbys arrive at the Cliffe Norton Hotel in Tenby in the 1990s. I was Robinsons Holidays resort based driver there from 1990 to 1996.

12 months ago today I took early retirement. Doesn't time fly?
