🚨BREAKING: ICE agents, working with state police, pulled over a vehicle, in Ogden, Utah… and smashed their car window because he wouldn’t roll it down all the way.

Watch the shift… because this is where it goes from aggressive to completely out of control.

The driver already has the window partially open. The ICE agent is yelling, giving a countdown, threatening to break the window… while another officer is trying to open the door from the other side.

No explanation, or clear threat… Just escalation.

Then, someone inside says, “I’m a U.S. citizen… you pointed a gun at me.”

And that’s the moment everything changes.

Instead of pulling back… instead of correcting… instead of even acknowledging it…

The ICE agent snaps.

“I don’t give a shit who you are, I don’t know you.”

And then he immediately escalates further��� raises the metal bar… and starts hitting the window… doubling down on force.

A person says you pointed a gun at them… and your response is not to de-escalate…

It’s to get MORE aggressive.

That’s retaliation.

They call them “non-compliant”… and within seconds, the window is smashed and the driver is dragged out.

And it doesn’t stop there.

The passenger… who is recording… gets told to “stay there” while the officer puts his hand on his gun.

He responds, “I’m recording for my safety.”

The officer shuts the door on him anyway.

When he opens it again and steps out… and then the officer physically shoves him back into the car.

This is what needs to be understood…

The escalation didn’t come from a threat.

It came the second someone spoke up…
the second someone said, “you pointed a gun at me”…

The second someone started documenting it.

That’s when it got worse.

That’s when it turned physical.

That’s when the window broke.

And that’s what should alarm people… because that’s not about safety anymore.

That’s about being challenged… and responding with more force.

🚨BREAKING: ICE/Border Patrol agents are proving once again that they are not targeting violent criminals…

They are targeting children and families.

On Sunday, agents were caught illegally operating in Minneapolis public parks, in direct violation of city orders, and then tear-gassing spaces designed for kids and families.

This happened at Powderhorn Park.

In the video, ICE agents are seen aggressively driving into the parking lot of a public park, on a Sunday… a day when families and children regularly sled, play, and gather there.

U.S. citizens are already in the park. They begin recording and blowing whistles.

An ICE agent then chases a U.S. citizen through the park, tackles him to the ground, and handcuffs him.

While that’s happening, other agents begin deploying tear gas, throwing canisters at U.S. citizens who are nowhere near them, filling the parking lot and the park itself with smoke.

Tear gas causes respiratory distress, burning eyes, nausea, and panic… effects that are especially dangerous for children.

And agents illegally deployed chemical agents anyway, in an open public park, with families nearby.

That is excessive use of force, and child endangerment.

And they did all of it while being explicitly prohibited from operating in the park in the first place…

The Minneapolis Mayor’s Executive Order 2025-02 bans civil immigration enforcement staging on city property.

On January 7th, 2026, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board unanimously passed a resolution aligning with that order, explicitly prohibiting ICE from staging or operating in parks.

ICE did it anyway.

And it didn’t stop there…

Later, that same day, around 12:45 PM, ICE agents were seen sitting in Folwell Park, another public park.

A woman approaches them, calmly cites the order, and tells them they are not allowed to be there and need to leave.

ICE/Border Patrol are choosing spaces where children gather instead of places where actual crimes occur, then responding to public scrutiny by assaulting civilians and deploying chemical weapons.

If ICE/Border Patrol are willing to do this in broad daylight, on a Sunday, in front of families, while being filmed, after being explicitly told they are not allowed to be there…

Then they are not enforcing the law.

They are endangering children and assaulting anyone who dares to exercise their First Amendment rights, and say that’s not okay.

U.S. citizen Alex Jeffrey Pretti never pulled his LEGAL FIREARM on ICE/Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis…

Even when HIS LIFE was in danger.

He was helping one woman when an agent violently shoved another. Alex stepped in to help.

The agent assaulted him, shoving him back and pepper spraying him in the face.

Alex turns away. The agent doesn’t stop… he jumps on Alex’s back, trying to spray him continuously.

Multiple agents then jump him… kicking him and hitting him with gas canisters, as Alex is on his hands and knees trying to protect himself.

An agent in grey grabs Alex’s LEGAL FIREARM… which Alex never pulled.

And then… agents opened fire on an unarmed U.S. citizen.

Alex was never a threat.
Agents’ lives were never in danger.

The only life in danger was Alex’s… and he still never drew his weapon.

ICE/Border Patrol removed a U.S. citizen’s legal firearm…

Then killed him for exercising his Second Amendment right.
