80 years ago no African or Arab man wanted to travel to Europe or America.

It was a Chinese thing until the Western world started bombing and destabilising the Arab and African world in the pretext of fighting Terrorism and Islam.

You manufactured endless propaganda to label these people as terrible people and provided yourself an excuse to kill them just to steal their resources.

Gold, oil, diamonds, rare earth minerals, name them.

You create terrorist organisations, train them, fund them, use them to distbilize regions with huge mineral deposits and weaponize terroism for illegal mining and extracts.

Today the United States is the largest exporter of oil.

As we speak, the Unites States is actively extracting rare eath minerals in Northern Nigeria using their terrorist group Boko Haram and Iswap.

These same people will go on TV and complain of illegal immigrants and how they are a threat to the US and Europe.

The question is, after bombing people from their homes and making them homeless,

Where did you expect they will go?

Definitely the countries where the process of their natural resources is used to develop.

Want to control immigration?

Control the bombs, control the engineered terrorism. And let societies grow and develop naturally at their own pace without interference.

Enough heads have spun over this and enough think pieces written so let me share and educate once again.

Most people are reactive, not proactive, they lack patience, barely have foresight and are simply reactionary.

So let me break down how this whole thing actually works and where you can participate. (NFA)

What is an ICO?
A crypto project needs money to build. They sell tokens early at a low price. Early investors get in cheap. If the project succeeds, those tokens explode in value.

The problem? For years only VCs and insiders had access. By the time regular people found out, insiders were already cashing out at your expense.

These platforms exist to fix that and give regular people access 👇🏼

Some of such Platforms:

1) @echodotxyz
Think AngelList for crypto. A credible lead investor finds a deal, opens a pool and you co-invest alongside them at the exact same early price. You’re essentially getting VC-level access with retail-sized capital. Requires KYC via email, wallet and X account.

2) @legiondotcc
No lead investor needed here. Your own reputation earns your allocation. The platform scores your wallet history, on-chain activity and crypto credibility. Better score, better access. Legion also collaborates with Kraken Launch to offer credit-based access. 

3) @CoinList
The OG. CoinList has a strong track record including early raises for Solana, Filecoin and Ondo, with 21 sales in 2025.  No platform token required to participate but expect KYC, regional restrictions and competitive sale formats.

4) @Polkastarter
A long-running launchpad founded in 2020 with over 140 funded projects.  Access is tiered based on how much POLS token you hold. More POLS, better allocation priority. Multi-chain support.

5) @Buidlpad
Emphasizes KYC-driven community participation.  One thing to know, these raises are heavily oversubscribed. Someone committed $5,000 to one raise and only received $270 allocation, with the rest refunded. Manage expectations accordingly.

Now the honest part.

I have personally invested over $20k across these platforms and lost most. Most ICOs don’t make it. Teams disappear or dump at launch. You can lose everything. (I MEAN IT)

Before you move:

•Research who is leading the investment
•Check how long team tokens are locked
•Verify the fully diluted valuation makes sense
•Look for real product usage before the token even exists
•Never rely on one source of information

I’ve been sharing solid calls since 2019. BTC at $3K. BNB under $20 to $1,000. ETH below $100, $TSLA under $25 and so much more. All shared here and all changed thousands of lives.

None of that was luck. It was patience and conviction most people don’t have. I’ve also had my fair share of losses, the market can be brutal and unforgiving especially when you think yourself invincible.

Crypto is not a get rich quick. It never was.

How to check if land you already own has any government acquisition order on it. Free and fast process

This is the conversation most Nigerian landowners never have until it is too late

You paid for that land. You have documents. Maybe you have even started building. And then one morning government officials show up with a gazette and tell you the land was acquired years before you ever bought it

It happens every single day in Nigeria. Particularly in Lagos, Abuja, Ogun and Rivers where government acquisition zones cover enormous areas that ordinary buyers never verify

The seller knew. The agent knew. You did not

Here is how to find out today whether your land is clean or sitting inside a government acquisition zone

First understand what government acquisition actually means

Under the Land Use Act 1978 all land in Nigeria technically belongs to the state government. What you own is a right of occupancy and not the land itself. The government can revoke that right for public purposes roads, schools, infrastructure, government projects

When land is acquired the government is supposed to pay compensation for any developments or improvements on the land but not for the land value itself

That means if you built a house on acquired land you might get something back for the building. The money you paid for the land itself? Gone

This is why checking for acquisition before you build anything is not optional. It is survival

How to check — the exact process

In Lagos

Lagos State has digitised significant portions of its land records. You can start your check through the Lagos State Land Bureau portal for preliminary verification.

But for a definitive result you must physically visit the Lands Bureau at Block 14, The Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja. Ask specifically for the Search Section.

Tell them you want to conduct a title search and check for government acquisition on your plot. Provide your survey plan number and plot details.

The search fee in Lagos ranges between ₦5,000 and ₦15,000 depending on the type of search. Results typically come within 24 to 48 hours.

In Abuja

The FCT has a GIS — Geographic Information System — through AGIS — Abuja Geographic Information Systems — located at No. 1 Maputo Street Wuse Zone 3 Abuja. 

Walk in. Request a land status search. Provide your plot number, district and any title documents you hold. They will confirm whether the land has any government acquisition encumbrance on it.

In other states

Every state in Nigeria has a Lands Registry under the State Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development.

Walk into the registry in your state capital. Request a title search specifically asking whether the land falls within any government acquisition or revocation zone.

The second thing you must do
Visit the Office of the Surveyor General in your state and request a charting of your survey plan.

This confirms whether your land falls within a government global acquisition area —zones the government has marked for public use that may not always be obvious from a Land Registry search alone. 

In Lagos particularly significant portions of Lekki, Ibeju, Ajah, Epe and parts of Victoria Island fall within global acquisition zones. Many buyers in these areas discovered this years after purchase.

A charted survey from the Surveyor General’s office tells you definitively whether your specific plot coordinates fall inside or outside those zones.

What to do if your land is under acquisition

Do not panic first. Government acquisition is legal under Nigerian law but you have rights and options. Gather all documents proving your ownership and any improvements you made.

Calculate your losses including your purchase price, legal fees and development costs. File a compensation claim with the appropriate government agency within the specified time limit.

And consider engaging a lawyer who specialises in land acquisition cases to ensure you receive fair compensation.
