@Your_Blackness@Joy997FM It's a given. The Npp's return to its glory days is entirely contingent upon how well the government in power manages the county's affairs. Evidently, with what we have seen so far, if this trajectory is going to continue, it's is game over for the Npp.

Dear Men, You’re Human—Allow Yourself to Be
Many times, I find myself listening to conversations among older men—quiet moments where their struggles seep through their words. They rarely open up. Instead, they often turn to alcohol, not for pleasure, but as a silent escape from pain.
I used to judge people who drank. But over time, I’ve come to understand that behind every bottle is a story, a wound, a weight. If we truly want to help others—or even ourselves—we must begin by seeking to understand, not to condemn.
Dear men, the burden you carry doesn’t have to be yours alone. Healing begins with talking. Share your struggles with those you feel safe around. There’s strength in vulnerability, not shame. Alcohol might numb the pain for a moment, but it doesn’t fix what’s underneath. In fact, it can slowly tear you apart—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
One evening, as I walked in the breeze, I heard a line from a song playing in the background. It was from Dax:
“I needed somewhere to take my mistakes,
I didn’t want my family to see me cry.
They’ll never know I’m carrying all of this weight.
Dealing with the pressure of trying to provide,
No sign of struggle can show on my face.
They ask if I’m okay, I just flash them a smile.
Fire up that engine to take me away.
I’m speeding through emotions with every mile.”
It hit me hard. It wasn’t just a song—it was a message. A cry. A truth.
So to every man reading this: You’re allowed to feel. You’re allowed to cry. You’re allowed to be human. Don’t bottle it up. Don’t suffer in silence. Talk to someone. Seek help. Your life matters.

You need to understand that as a man, your best weapon is your MIND.
You need to build a strong mental fortitude, the inner strength to stay grounded, focused, and resilient in the face of stress, setbacks, pain and adversity. It’s what keeps you going when motivation fades and nothing feels certain.
Every man needs this inner strength or mental fortitude to survive the harsh realities of life.
Life as a man is a rocky journey, and in such a journey, you need to have what it takes to face the obvious challenges that await you.
Low self esteem levels play a leading role in this act. People should just know their worth and not succumb to the pressure of having to be 'light-skinned' before they are considered 'fit' for leading roles. #Dampare#E_Levy
