Nykaa has a PE ratio of 710.
Paytm has a pe of 765.

There are total 5500 companies in Indian stock market, out of which:

More than 445 stocks are having a pe ratio of above 100 and around 91 stocks have a pe of above 500.

A PE ratio of 20 is considered to be fairly valued and above 25 is considered overvalued.

Meanwhile our market has 10% of its stocks with above 100 PE & 2% of stocks with over 500 PE.

And some people still think our market doesn’t deserve a correction and it’ll go bullish soon.

There is a reason why retailers lose the most during crisis like 2008 & 1991.

They never learn how to look at data without putting their emotions.

It’s time you understand this fact and start looking at data carefully if you want to protect as well as grow your money.
