Booked a Rapido from Saraca → Spring Greens (₹143). App glitched & dropped me at wrong pin despite correct address. Support told me to update & promised refund of excess. Now denied saying I “changed location” though it was same! @rapidobikeapp resolve this unfairly.

If they’re rejecting genuine claims without valid reasons or not honoring what was promised, then it’s definitely a red flag. 😤
A delay is understandable, but if people are being given the runaround or their claims are being unjustly rejected, that’s crossing the line into scam territory. Fingers crossed more transparency comes out soon! 🤞
