It is unfortunate that you're calling this one sided narrative.

Can you please share if the person who attacked Nirdosh with a brick has been arrested ? Can you share who from the other family is arrested because we or the family has no such information

Several complaints were given to you before hand by mother of Nirdosh. No action earlier.

Are you trying to say that people can beat each other in chacha tau disputes and police will put only one side behind the bars just because women of one home cried Molestation?

Have you not seen the video? What about the assault on modesty of Nirdosh mother by so many women who grabbed her and put her on the ground ?

A 55-year-old widow. No husband to lean on, just one son, 27-year-old Nirdosh Rathi. And on the one day that mother needed her son the most, he was taken away from her.

These neighbours aren't strangers, they are relatives from the same family clan. They'd been jealous from the start, constantly creating trouble over the construction of Nirdosh's house. That day, it was planned, the women of the house were pushed forward first, and when Nirdosh stepped in to protect his mother, he was beaten badly and deliberately set up. He bled, took 3 stitches  and the one who got hurt was the one who went to save his mother.

The result? Nirdosh was made the accused. Charged under Sections 115(2)/74/76/79/351(3)/304(2)/3(5) BNS, serious enough as if he'd committed a grave crime.
24 days now. A widowed mother sits alone at home, waiting for her son to return, while he's behind bars for the "crime" of saving her.

Is protecting your mother now an offence?

Despite clear CCTV footage, slapping rape charges on 27-year-old innocent Nirdosh Rathi is deeply condemnable.
His only fault was protecting his mother from being beaten by the neighbours.
@DelhiPolice , we urge you to conduct a fair and impartial investigation.
The law exists to punish the guilty. Misusing the legal system to turn a mutual dispute into a rape case is a blatant abuse of justice.

A son tries to save his mother, from other women who were beating her.

He is injured, bleeds from his head, needs stitches. And then, the women who were assaulting his mother, file a molestation case on the guy.

The guy is in jail since a month.
The mother is waiting.
And the actual culprits - the female assaulters are free, living their life, as if they did nothing wrong.

That is the male privilege.
Being judged the culprit, instead of the victim, just because his gender is "male."

I am sure no women's association or feminist will talk about this, or come forward to save this man.

I went through several videos in this case and it is totally appalling what has happened

Nirdosh was assaulted with bricks, his head bleeding profusely. He was just protecting his mother from being assaulted. But you have arrested him instead of arresting those who assaulted him just because the women involved in the assault cried molestation?

Why have you not arrested the opposite party? Video evidence clearly shows this is a dispute over construction in neighbourhood but it becomes molestation just because a man was trying to save himself ?
