ये आरोप जामिया मिलिया इस्लामिया यूनिवर्सिटी की एक हिन्दू छात्रा के हैं।

पीड़ित छात्रा ने आरोप लगाया है कि उसे यूनिवर्सिटी के मुस्लिम प्रोफेसर केवल इ��लिए प्रताड़ित कर रहे हैं क्योंकि वो हिन्दू हैं।

छात्रा का कहना है कि उसके प्रोफेसर हमे��ा हिन्दू धर्म के विषय में अनर्गल प्रलाप करते हैं और गैर हिन्दुओं को बरगलाने की कोशिशें करते रहे हैं।

I believe that India should establish rules and laws that require employers to provide overtime pay and hourly rate compensation to employees working beyond 8 hours without forcing them, similar to the regulations in the US and other Western countries.

Working 6 days for 8 hours (48 hours a week) or 5 days for 9 hours (45 hours a week) should be the new norm, and any time worked beyond that should be paid hourly.

This change will influence how employers in India perceive their employees.
