attached my 1.5-year-old son’s thumb impression separately (extra copies since it’s faint). Still, the application was returned again for the same reason.
The system is not properly capturing the uploaded thumb impression. Please fix this issue and make the OCI process easier.

Hello @BOIndiaOfficial , the OCI site needs fixing. My son’s thumb upload shows no confirmation and does not appear on the form. The application has been returned twice despite attaching it separately. Please resolve.The OCI process in Canada is very difficult. @PMOIndia
