Every 24x7 banking service has a banker behind it and a family waiting at home. We agreed to the 5-day week in March 2024 and accepted longer weekday hours. The regulator, the insurer and the Government all work 5 days.

Long queues for billing with only few billing counters open and mostly closed resulting in wasting time and wrong billing in hurry.
