#Azerbaijan is continuously attributing its own ceasefire violations to #Armenia. Obviously, this is a creation of a pretext for new military aggression against #Armenia. A permanent international mechanism is needed to maintain the ceasefire regime and provide border security.

On Oct 10, arnd 10:10 p.m., units of #Azerbaijan'i #ArmedForces opened fire from different caliber firearms at the #Armenian combat positions located in the E part of the 🇦🇲-🇦🇿 border. Azerbaijan is the same aggressor and nothing changed in their behavior.

Democratic peace theory posits that democracies do not fight each other because their leaders have very few political incentives to do so. Hence, the Azeri attack on the Armenian democracy only comes to prove the theory.

Another horrific video of Azerbaijani soldiers torturing Armenian POWs for EU politicians to tweet their deep concern about amid meetings with Aliyev about AZ's gas output.

NOTE: one of the torturers has a Turkish (not Azeri) accent. "Siktir amını siktiğimin köpeği," he says.

In Prague I reconfirmed again our proposal on unblocking of all regional communications. @Azerbaijan again did not respond positively. I reiterate, @Armenia is ready for unblocking of all regional communications with full respect of our sovereignty and legislation.
