@AmazonHelp I connected via ur link and try said the same thing that the package cannot be deliyand I will have to order it again and again ur deliviguy will say that open box is not allowed so this will go on
Just make sure no other customer is impacted in such a way

@AmazonHelp The issue is already escalated yesterday if u check my records.. After escalation of I can deliver the phone by tomorrow or by Sunday with open box delivery then I m happy to take it.. That would be appreciated or else I don't believe anything gonna happen

@AmazonHelp I have already forwarded the complaint and I also know nothing is gonna happen and I m.not gonna get my time back which I wasted.. Amazon is getting pathetic in terms of phone delivery and same issue is all over social media.. it's high time Amazon intervenes and resolves this
