Today is March 29, 12 PM. Still no delivery. Not even marked “Out for Delivery.” No clear update. No accountability. I have called support multiple times. Each time, I am told to “wait” because they cannot contact the last-mile team.

Then I received a call from the delivery executive. I answered immediately, but the call was disconnected from your side. Despite this, the order was falsely marked as “rescheduled” claiming I was not reachable.
