Fixed an issue in cthe onsumer app, also introduced some customizations in the app for our clients. Introduced redis in the feedback API.

Learned how to do OCR of PDF bills, and applied it to 2 types of bills. Interesting work. (Using regex). Fixed some issues in the Feedback APIs.
