Today I used conditional aggregation to create a pivot table in SQL. I turned customer payments into monthly columns (Jan, Feb, Mar 2006).
Pivoting makes it easier to compare values side by side

Using ROW_NUMBER() & LAG(), I tracked the current rentals of customers with their previous rental.
