Airtel partnered with worlds best like Wallmart and Axa but not able to build a longterm business. These partnerships lasted just few years. Seems its only due to loose and worst customer relationships.

Service quality has gone from bad to worse with highly unprofessional people handling your cust care. Shifting of connection is requested as I have to vacate my earlier flat but due to the ultra-efficient services offered by you its status-quo now.
