لماذا يرفض إقليم أودل الاعتراف الإسرائيلي بصوماليلاند؟
بينما كانت سماء هرجيسا تشتعل بالألعاب النارية احتفالاً بالاعتراف المتبادل بين إسرائيل وصوماليلاند، كانت شوارع مدينة بورمه العاصمة الثقافية لإقليم أودل تغلي بنوع مختلف من النيران، نيران الغضب والقلق على الهوية والوحدة.
لم يكد يجف حبر الإعلان المشترك الذي وقعه رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو والرئيس الصوماليلاندي عبد الرحمن عرو يوم الجمعة الماضي، حتى خرج الآلاف من سكان بورمه في تظاهرات عفوية، معتبرين أن هذا الاعتراف ليس نصراً دبلوماسياً، بل مغامرة تهدد سيادة الأرض ومبادئ الأمة.
لم تكن الشعارات المرفوعة في بورمه مجرد كلمات عابرة، بل كانت تعبيراً عن مخاوف عميقة لدى قبيلة غدابورسي سمرون التي تشكل العمود الفقري لهذا الإقليم. والرسالة كانت واضحة وصارمة حول السيادة على الساحل، حيث أكد المتظاهرون أن شواطئ أودل الاستراتيجية من لوغايا إلى زيلع التاريخية هي أراضٍ صومالية أصيلة وليست جزءاً من أي صفقة سياسية أو قواعد عسكرية مستقبلية قد تترتب على هذا الاعتراف.
الهوية والوحدة كانتا في قلب الحراك الشعبي ببورمه، حيث رُفع العلم الصومالي الأزرق ذو النجمة الواحدة جنباً إلى جنب مع العلم الفلسطيني، في إشارة رمزية إلى أن سكان الإقليم يرون أنفسهم جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الصومال الكبير، ويرفضون أي تقارب مع إسرائيل يمس عقيدتهم القومية والدينية.
لكن من هي القبيلة التي تقود هذا الحراك؟ تعتبر قبيلة السمرون غدابورسي من أكثر القبائل الصومالية تأثيراً في الشمال الغربي، فهم يتواجدون بكثافة في إقليم أودل، ويمتد حضورهم إلى جيبوتي وإثيوبيا، ويُعرف عنهم تاريخياً دورهم كصناع سلام وحرصهم على المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث تضم بورمه أول جامعة في الصومال بعد الحرب، لكنهم اليوم يجدون أنفسهم في مواجهة مع حكومة هرجيسا بسبب ما يصفونه بالتهميش السياسي والانفراد بالقرار السيادي.
إن اعتراف إسرائيل بصوماليلاند كدولة مستقلة، وهي الخطوة الأولى من نوعها لعضو في الأمم المتحدة، وضع المنطقة أمام منعطف خطير.
أهم هذه التداعيات تعميق الانقسام الداخلي، فالتظاهرات في بورمه تثبت أن صوماليلاند ليست كتلة واحدة خلف قرار الانفصال أو التطبيع، ومعارضة إقليم أودل والنزاع المستمر في شرق البلاد بمدينة لاسعانود يضعفان من شرعية الدولة الوليدة أمام المجتمع الدولي.
وكذلك نجح المتظاهرون في ربط الاعتراف بالقضية الفلسطينية، وتحويل الغضب من الانفصال إلى غضب من التطبيع، وهذا الربط جعل القيادة في هرجيسا في موقف دفاعي، خاصة مع تنديد الجامعة العربية والاتحاد الأفريقي بالخطوة.
إن رفض سكان السواحل في أودل لأي تغلغل إسرائيلي يعني أن طموحات تل أبيب في الحصول على موطئ قدم استراتيجي قرب باب المندب ستواجه مقاومة شعبية شرسة، مما قد يحول المنطقة إلى ساحة صراع دولي جديد.
بينما يحتفل البعض في هرجيسا بما يسمونه كسر العزلة الدولية، تذكرهم بورمه اليوم بأن الاعتراف الحقيقي يبدأ من الداخل، وأن الوحدة الوطنية والدفاع عن القضايا العادلة وعلى رأسها فلسطين لا تزال خطوطاً حمراء في وجدان الإنسان الصومالي.
