A man asked Imam Baqir (as) about the #Quran verse:
"He sent down #tranquility into the hearts of the believers."
Imam #Baqir (as) answered:
"It is faith."

When pain encapsulates the heart ~ trust & faith is the healing mechanism.
Imam al-#Baqir (as) narrated that the Holy #Prophet (S) had said,
"Loving me and loving my family (#Ahlulbayt) will benefit in seven situations whose terrors will be great: at the time of dying, in the grave, at resurrection, at the book (record of one’s deeds), at the accounting, at the scales and at the straight path (siraat).”

It is disappointing to see justice #Baqir najafi , inserting personal sentiments and “Danishwari” into a judicial opinion, especially when doing so leaves the victim’s case clouded in controversy despite the perception that justice has been served. A judge’s duty is to uphold the law and follow established legal principles and not to express personal emotions or moral lectures. This country is already burdened by the consequences of such subjective interventions and “Danishwaris.”
If the judge wishes to express personal feelings, perhaps he should also include an additional opinion in his next domestic violence cases, highlighting how many women are killed by their own husbands within the supposedly “pious” bounds of Nikah, and condemn those relationships with equal emphasis too.
May God protect this land of Pure from self-righteous decision-makers who allow personal ideology to influence judicial responsibilities.
