That’s a wrap in Sheffield at @Swim_England National Summer meet. Jacob secured a 0.9 second pb in 100 back winning🥇at 591 para points & Dan had a good race just off his entry time for in the 200 free.

Great session for our swimmers in Coventry this morning. Mckenzie, Ella and Jacob all swam brilliantly. Ella gained 2🥉for the 400 free (HDW) & 100 fly (open final) and Jacob winning the 50 free open final 🥇and placing 6th in the 100 fly open final. 🤩👏🏼🏊🏻♂️🏊♀️
Jacob also made the 100 back open final and with a slight improvement on points came 4th (1st in age group).
Well done all. Rest up and we’re back tomorrow 🏊♀️ 🏊🏻♂️
