Little movement but some highlights. #LGEN +7.3% on probable capital returns. #AV. 0% as agrees bid for #DLG. #ZIG numbers disappointed falling -11.1%, but dividend raised 6%. Proceeds from #BCPT went into #FGEN ahead of xd. Adds also to #RKT, #MONY & #AAF. Week +0.7%, YTD +8.77%

Friday +0.36% ends slow news week, #GSK trickled regulatory news to no effect, #CSN HY 20th year of divi increase. Reduced #BCPT with no further divi expected to Buy #MNL well timed on wide spread is 167% stake increase. Adds; #JGGI, #JCGI, #DGE, #LMP, #HWMO. Wk +1.3%, YTD +8.9%.

A small holding of #MNL has been in my portfolio since 2009, but in a transition to income never added too. However, today ADDed at touch under £6 in current weakness. Primarily a play on technology, heavily weighted to #NVDA & #MSFT I may add more. Funded by part SELL of #BCPT.

Going quite well in tough market & USA -ve influence as 13 hit 52w highs, but Friday fell -0.78%. Highlight of week was #BCPT bid, though ~33% over 11 years poor. #BDEV FY disappoints divi halved. #LMP offload of LXi continued. Adds; #AAF, #BLND, #RKT, #MONY. Wk -1.2%, YTD +7.5%

@whu32 Yes v much agree, want to hold these for full cycle if poss now..#bcpt good result for me tbh but would honestly rather it stayed listed...still got a bit of #api think of that as a cash account now really!

Consolidation of small-cap UK REITs continues with Starwood acquiring #BCPT at a ~9% discount to NAV, a ~5.7% NIY by my rough working. Portfolio diversified in terms of sectors but concentrated in a West End mixed use estate (>20% of portfolio value).

@InvestTortoise For transparency I have sold half just over 67p as I wanted to buy more #WHR ( ex div 2moro) & buy back some #TRY I previously sold, also bought some #SHED am still sitting on my #BCPT for now as still pondering....

Sold my #BCPT Balanced Commercial Property Reit today on the bid offer for a profit of +3.7% losing a dividend yield of 5.58%. Not great but was buying at 120p and at one point I was down over 40% so the dividend reinvestment really helped. Was my worst held performer.

2 of my ex REIT holdings have been acquired namely #BCPT & #EBOX which just goes to show that assets trading at significant discounts will attract bidders at some stage.😊👍
