I’m not a Boston hater. I like and feel for all of the characters in the show. His character is a difficult sometimes as his intent seems to switch throughout the show. Looking back at this scene…and I’m a bit confused. Why did he do this? Thinking about the intent. It seemed like he was annoyed beforehand. Like the more Ray and Sand were affectionate the more agitated he got. Ray stated they’re not boyfriends right before this so it’s not like Boston thought they were together and was saving Sand. Plus -he’s- in a situation-ship with Nick while with other people so it would be odd to be against having feelings for two people. He also seemed to really enjoy telling Sand he didn’t have a chance with Ray (which isn’t true as we can see). Boston hasn’t confirmed Ray’s recent feelings so to say these statements with confidence..why? I thought people were joking, but did his character low key have a thing for Ray? Was he jealous romantically or in a friendship possessive way? This is before Ray went off so it’s not in retaliation to Ray’s explosion. Did he think ending the situation with Sand and Ray would somehow get Ray and Mew together which helps him get with Top? I don’t think so as this felt more impulsive than calculated. I don’t think he even wanted Top that bad, it felt like it was more about competition with Mew. Wait a minute. No joke but are the Boston having liked Ray speculations true? Why is he so annoyed + competition with Mew so much? I guess it could be inconsistent character, he went back and forth from malicious intent to not having bad intentions but kind of messing up. Eh I guess that’s humans.
