By issuing these permits, @GOVUK could be breaking the law.

The UK Government is about to issue over 1,000 fishing licenses for EU & UK fishing vessels for 2022.
This will permit them to #bottomtrawl in UK MPAs, despite the fact that it could be illegal under UK law.
